Shopping...Stop to Shop
Shakopee is quickly becoming the starting place for a shopping spree of grand proportions in the Twin Cities. Conveniently located just minutes from the “mall of them all”, the Mall of America, Shakopee also has its own mix of national and specialty retailers located throughout the community.

Southbridge!
The Crossroads & Shakopee Valley Marketplace
Uptown flair and suburban America meet at the intersection of Highway
169 and Marschall Road. These two areas feature the shopping and dining favorites you know and love like Hallmark, Cub Foods, and Applebee's.
The Midwest’s largest Arts and Crafts Festival
The Midwest’s largest Arts and Crafts Festival comes to Canterbury Park in spring and returns again in the fall. The Arts and Crafts Festival features over 500 artisans and crafters displaying everything from stained glass to American folk art pieces. Shoppers will also find food and refreshments along the way. This craft show is one that die-hard shoppers and casual browsers alike won’t want to miss!
The Mall of America
The Mall of America is the largest fully-enclosed retail and family entertainment complex in the United States. It’s also the most visited destination in the United States. Packed inside are more than 500 specialty stores, where you can find everything from Minnesota souvenirs (at the Explore Minnesota Store) to formal ball gowns, and everything in between. Insiders say , “If you can’t find it at the Mall of America - you won’t find it anywhere!” All of this great shopping is anchored by Bloomingdales, Macy’s, Nordstrom and Sears. Needless to say, the Mall of America is definitely the place for one-stop-shopping and can’t-miss attractions.
